Meaning Through Form Studios is a recording studio and creative production facility located in San Diego, California.
We have two main rooms, SET/TYPHON, the control room, and SUN BARK, the live room. these rooms can be configured for a variety of uses and are interfaced with audio tie lines, video and audio communication, and network connections.
The studio features a carefully curated selection of gear, served by choice analog equipment interfaced with Pro Tools, and has a unique collection of esoteric synthesizers, electronic instruments, effects pedals, and guitar amplifiers.
Beyond music and sound, Meaning Through Form Studios is equipped for photography, video production, graphic design, and design for environmental storytelling.
Located near Old Town, the studio is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, cafes, and other amenities, as well as near beaches and historic sites.
Our studios are available to book for any part of the creative process, from writing and production to mixing and artistic design. We also have relationships with outside studios and venues to suit any need you have.
In addition to working at our main facility, Paul is available as a freelance engineer, composer, creative consultant, and designer, and works in music, recording, live theatre, and themed and immersive entertainment.
